Women Never Cheat
A new comedy starring Asim Ugljen and Josip Elezović
A new comedy by Matko Elezović, directed by Mario Kovač, explores relationships between men and women through a series of humorous everyday situations. Asim Ugljen and Josip Elezović portray childhood friends Kongo and Kifla as they navigate love, marriage and misunderstandings.
Kongo and Kifla have been friends since childhood. They come together for the promotion of Kongo's book “Women Never Cheat”, but instead of simply reading excerpts, they perform the characters and situations described in the book.
Through a series of comic scenes, the play explores relationships between men and women, jealousy, marriage, family dynamics and everyday misunderstandings. The characters find themselves in familiar situations involving married couples, family relationships, attempts at romance and other complications.
Alongside the book promotion, the audience follows Kifla's private life as he unexpectedly becomes caught in a love triangle.
